U charged my credit card 3 times and i want to cancel!
I chatted with a rep but need detailed step-by-step instructions for getting this domain to work with SquareSpace.

Bad service. I bought and paid for 7 domains, but only 3 domains appeared in my account. The remaining 4 domains lost. Even worse, no refund given to me. What make even worse, I contact customer support several times, no single response! Beware guys. Think twice before buy from them.

Domain.com is a User-friendly Site and Easy to read, with Great prices and discounts with lots of Coupons for an even better purchase experience. Now, I would have given them a 5-Star review, except for the fact that I had hopped to have been guided on how to afterward link my new domain names to the website I had already created. Most people I think already know how to do this, but for me, all this is so new and foreign that I needed that extra help. But thanks though. Domain.com is still the best!

Good. Fast setup, clear instructions - BUT: I"m running into a problem with Wordpress setting-up my new website (it's failing with internal error) - and it's not clear where to get support...
If I were better at this, I may rate it higher but you stopped your phone service right before I needed you most so this has been an ordeal.

The domain login went around the world to get a new pw... lousy... the email reminder i received to renew indicated the licenses would expire in 3 days but as i am viewing the renewals, all 3 targeted url's are 'auto renew' what a joke... your system sucks. JK
The website builder sucks. I am having a difficult time making my website be like I want. I would never choose this.
Cant get my mail working, cant find how to get in touch, its a bit confusing and stressful as its a business email
I went to cancel a renewal due to the cost of living. Popup box said there might be a better option. I waited forever on chat, which previously said waiting time was around 5 minutes. Not sure how long it has been now but it is too long.
I have been using Domain.com since 2009 and they are always available and everything is quick and easy. I would recommend them!
The initial password you gave me didnt work... bit cumbersome. Might have been my fault though. If so, sorry for the 3 stars.
