Spent an hour trying to just consolidate two accounts. At the end of an hour they are still not consolidated.
Built a website last night. Published it. It seemed to take hours and still isn't online.

I have several problems with services: domain purchase and renewals with errors, and DNS configurations too. Domain.com has not solved my problems, and I feel affected with this bad service.

Potential clients were told my website was unsafe, leading to missed opportunities. When I asked to be compensated for the trouble that caused, I was told nothing could be done…not even a complimentary upgrade…unacceptable!
A bad experience happened to me. Regarding payment transactions. Where the management and resolution of the defect was very slow. I did not find cooperation from the relevant department.
I don't want to keep a couple of domains, and I can't delete them.

The website builder doesn't contain many unique features and it's vary basic. Also it has many problems with my old Mac. If it times out and I'm in the middle of something, I have to clear my history to make it run again. It's not very user friendly.
