I want to modify the html myself and I can't find a place to do so. I'm a professional web developer and know what I'm doing.

Ther seem to be very responsible and responsive it is all a trap. They get your domain and never let you out. Whatever you need will be ignored and you are being asked for too many security questions and authentication codes that never come to your email and you are stuck with them. There is no phone line, no office, no customer care and definitely no help from their website. I am trying to get rid of them for two weeks, full day constant chatting and I got no where. Just escalation and frustration.
DO NOT make the same mistake. They will charge you much more later on and there is no way out.

The user friendly site and ability to make a domain
After 5 mins of looking in the help area i was able to forward my new domain to my current website

Awful and deceptive service. Nevermind that you put a stop on my email (AND don't recover any missed emails) the second a payment doesn't go through. My card was just updated and there's a new expiry date on it. Was it necessary to stop my email from working the second that happened? Go daddy at least gives you a few days to sort things out. You treat your customers like criminals. Nevermind that you overcharge too.
Good overall, but sometimes difficult to do routine maintenance
Very difficult to navigate. I bought packages and have no idea how to access. Certainly not easy or user interface friendly like GoDaddy.
I have been paying for a website builder and domain name yet I do not have access to building an email or website.
Its been simple and easy to use and very affordable.
Purchasing my domain name and getting things started so far have been relatively easy. I hope setting up my website will also be the same.

I don't see my account information. I don't know if this site is a scam or whether its Domain.com that I originally signed up with 3 years ago. You need to go back to providing customer service over the phone. So that I can have the confidence and assurance from a live person that I am doing the correct thing to ensure my business is not being compromised. I will seek to call someone now because I have followed all instructions but do not see any of my account information.
I choose Domain.com based on a google search of low cost domain with email... And I think email is an upgrade.
I fill in the updated information and save button doesn't work
Web page seems basic, but is a pain navigating or searching product. More importantly what the value of my domains are and how to sell them if I please. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.
