Domain

Not the easiest to use. Was getting errors right after purchasing my domain which made me nervous snd want to cancel with this site.

I have been brought to a new page to buy more stuff and my website is still not showing up in a search bar at all

I thought my user name was my email. I didn't realize you changed my user name to my name with a bunch of numbers behind it. It was confusing and delayed my website for a day or more

Login names are way too confusing. The Chat-person helped me quite a lot. And I'm grateful fur their help. But it should not have come to me having to get help.

I am not sure what I am doing and could use your help.

First time creating an account and spending money with Domain (I opted for the Website Builder add on) and as soon as I get in for my first time, the Website Builder is down.

I wanted to check out domain names, for a business I wanted to start. So, I started that process on Domain.com
I entered a few ideas to see if the domain was still available. Many of the first I entered were available, and the site automatically added them to my invoice.
I wasn't really pleased with any I originally entered.
They were all@ $28.00 for the first year and with each there came one free.
The next domains that I checked had exorbitant prices.Thousands of dollars for each. So, I skipped over all of those.
The next name I came up with, I liked better than all the rest, and much to my surprise, when I looked at my cart, The price was@$28. With another free.
I was doing many other things at that time. So, I didn't go back to look at my cart for awhile.
When, I went back, I could not access. My Cart.
I went into their live chat, and told them I could not access my cart anymore.
No help was given. Nothing they said, allowed me access to my cart.
So, I looked at reviews of domain companies on the internet.
I went to the site that was the highest rated. I entered my domain name choice. It said, "Not available." So, someone had purchased my name.
Obviously, it was Domain.com who had purchased my name.
I went back to Domain.com. At that point I was able to see my cart. There was one item left in my cart, with one other for free. The rest of my cart had vanished.
The price of my Domain name, was now thousands of dollars.

Simple to use for inexperience customers.

So quick, so easy and great prices. I would definitely recommend domain.com.

I am having a difficult time propagating my website and email DNS records. I can't find a phone number that would allow me to talk to a real person to correct the issue.

Support takes way too long to respond and answer questions as well as process payments.
