I am a freelance photographer trying to connect with local brands. I wanted to know which accounts I follow that also follow certain target brands. The recent mutuals tool on DolphinRadar gave me that list instantly. It shows you the overlap between your followings and any public account. I found five potential collaborators that I never would have discovered manually. It is a small feature but incredibly useful for anyone doing outreach. No login required, just enter the usernames and you are good to go.
Everyone knows about the recent follow tool on Dolphin Radar. It is honestly famous at this point. I have been using it for months and now it is just a reflex. I pick up my phone, open my browser, and type in dolphinradar.com without even realizing what I am doing. It has become that habitual. The recent follows feature is just so fast and accurate that I cannot imagine going back to manually scrolling through profiles. No login needed, no trace left behind. It is exactly what I needed and I keep coming back to it every single day.
I work at a small fashion brand and we spend a lot on influencer partnerships. We have been burned before by influencers with fake followers. Now I always run their public account through Dolphin Radar first. It does not just show follower count. It gives me engagement trends, follower growth over time, and whether most of their likes come from real accounts or bots. The data is clean and the export makes it easy to share with my team. We have saved thousands of dollars by avoiding shady influencers. This tool pays for itself every single time.
I have been using the weekly tracking reports for a while and the level of detail is incredible. It gives you new follows, unfollows, likes, everything you could want. But my last report took longer than usual to arrive and I was starting to get worried because I needed the data for a client meeting. I reached out to customer support and they responded quickly and fixed the issue within a day. The report came through and the data was spot on as always. So the product itself is great, just had a small delay this one time. Still happy with it though.
The story viewer layout is really well designed. I follow a bunch of different accounts for work and personal use, and Dolphin Radar pulls everything together in one place. It does not just show you stories one by one. It actually groups content by account and by type, so I can quickly see what is new without jumping around. I can view stories from my competitors, my favorite creators, and my friends all in one clean dashboard. The batch download is also super fast. Honestly the best story viewer I have tried and I have tested quite a few.
I run a small marketing agency, and keeping an eye on competitors' Instagram activity without tipping them off used to be a nightmare. Dolphin Radar solved that completely. No login, no trace – just enter any public account and get clear data on their follow/unfollow patterns and engagement trends. The AI summary is surprisingly insightful, and the dashboard is clean and easy to read. It's helped me fine‑tune our content calendar and spot opportunities weeks before we would have noticed manually. Absolutely worth the modest subscription fee.
Love the idea of tracking someone's public Instagram activity without needing to log in. But some weeks the report just says no activity found, and I know for a fact the account was active. I think it might miss activity on certain types of posts like Reels. When it works it is very detailed, but the inconsistency brings it down for me.
I deleted Instagram from my phone but still need to check on a few accounts for work. DolphinRadar lets me do that entirely from a browser without having an account. The viewer works well for browsing posts, reels, and stories. Wish the free tier showed a bit more, but the paid plan covers everything I need.
Tried 3 different unfollow trackers before this one. Most of them require you to log in with your own Instagram which I was not comfortable with. DolphinRadar does not need any login at all. Just enter the public username and it tracks who unfollowed. Simple, clean, does what it says.
I run social for 3 DTC brands and use DolphinRadar to keep tabs on competitors. The interest tags and hashtag clouds are genuinely useful for figuring out what content categories other accounts are engaging with, and the CSV exports make client reporting easy. Problem is you can only track one account per subscription so I'm paying for 3 quarterly plans which adds up fast. Would love a multi-account bundle. Data quality is good though, no complaints there.
I'd been paying for Snoopreport for maybe 6 months and it was fine I guess, basic weekly emails with some like/follow data. Then someone in a marketing discord mentioned DolphinRadar and I figured why not try it. Honestly the difference is massive. The social map thing that shows connections between accounts is something Snoopreport doesn't even attempt. I also didn't expect the story archiving to actually work but it does, and you can go back weeks later and everything's still there. Cancelling Snoopreport was the easiest decision I made all quarter.
