Unfortunately I have had a similar dealings with them that it seem many others have, they enforce a 12 month rolling contract which was not made obvious. I phoned them to cancel and emailed them the same information, they told me that it had to be in writing and by the time the letter got to them it was slightly out of the cancellation window. The are now trying to take me to court for refusing to pay for a service I didn't want.

Avoid them, I wish I had!
