I stopped ordering from dolls kill for awhile because of the shipping issues... I always pay the extra for overnight however it NEVER happens! Well I decided to give them another shot, I ordered for overnight Monday morning 9am and I still do not have the item and when I track it has not even left the facility... I cannot tell you how frustrated I am with this company especially after I complained numerous times in the past... they just dont care at all about their customers and good luck getting them to answer the phone!
