Very happy with navigating the website, delivery and product. Only comment is that picture of the Ritz Jet Bag I ordered looked more like a pewter color rather than black. (Was hoping for a pewter/gray-type color, but went on other sites after I received and other websites clearly show the bag as black.) Still keeping the bag as it is good quality.

I had a great experience with this company in how they handled my order. The initial racket I ordered ended up being out of stock, but they more than made it up to me with a good price on a newer version. The only negative is that the specs on the website don't match the actual racket specs, and I was looking forward to trying the racket shown on the website specs. This isn't a problem, though, because the actual specs are exactly like the original racket I tried to order in the first place. Overall, good company and I would order again.
