This is my third order, I returned due to a great promotion that I could afford and also because I got great service with earlier orders. The racquet I received with this order has a loose/not fully secured Bio Sensor vibration system that allows an audible buzz from racquet tip to grip, however it is not felt by my hand upon ball impact. My local tennis shop is a Volkl dealer that is very graciously going to fix the issue free of charge. Other than that I love the racquet and service from Do It Tennis.
