DoItTennis makes it very easy to do my orders. My go to tennis place because they not only make it easy, but one of the few places willing to ship my order to Hawaii for free.

Not happy with delivery time. First, there was back order of one item that resulted to NOT meeting original delivery of 2-3 days as advertised (I was expecting my order to arrive Jan 12 and learned of the delay only after I called). Then I was promised that I will have the items by Jan 17. BUT items arrived only today, Jan 19.

I have not used the new tennis bag yet but it looks nice.

Liked that I got to customize the racquet. It was wrapped well and I appreciate that the racquet was stringed for me. I wish there could have been better descriptions or a page explaining the differences between all the string types.

Order 2nd racket on 12/27...didn't get racket till 1/06!...Doittennis.com had to order my racket because they were out of stock. If I new that I would have made other arrangements. 1sT racquet I ordered the wrong weed. I did not get a full refund!...not Happy.

Easy and great

The package arrived with a tear in the wrapping. The product was fine inside though. Maybe consider a stronger external wrap.

I called for help and the guy on the phone was great!

Found you on line and the experience was good. The price of product was good however the $15 shipping was a bit to much.

The shoes did not have the tool box of my Wimbledon model, so these we're not as comfortable as I thought they would be.

Excellent for shopping. The order form doesn't work quite right: after filling in my billing info and clicking "ship to same address", the form insisted on my filling out the shipping info again.
