We have been contacted by fake representative of the company, they us a translation of a novel the job was supposed to be done before 24 hours, they contacted us through Fiverr asking to contact them in the app telegram who is a app full of scamers, they asked us to pay 250 euros to get our salary and they disappears, using fake name fake pictures and fake contract, they are operating in China, we never get paid and we have been victim of those scamers who are doing the same to plenty people they asked us to open an account on the app Skrill to get our salary that we never had, i hope this review can help in any way to prevent from scamers from this company

I have had 5+ interactions to correct my business address. They continue to leave off the suite number and keep opening new requests which delays fda verification time. No one has been able to answer a simple question and when I ask what it says on their end have received multiple different answers. I have been disconnected via chat while waiting on someone to get the manager to answer a question they could not. A simple question. I have yet to have closure or situations rectified. This is the only company one can use to register so they are negatively effecting not only my Business but my families well being at this point

This company is scraping data from when companies are registering their business. They create a profile/account without the business knowledge, without their consent, without their approval, without ANY contact from that company and try to pass off that info as legit. Then, when you try to contact them to correct any info - it is a nightmare. They want you to upload bank statements and articles and forms (once again "data harvesting") in the name of providing you a service. What service? More crap to buy for your business...

Duns and Bradstreet since the Federal Government no longer uses them, they charge a heafty fee of $300 just to attain your DnB number if you want it fast. You can get it free if you want to wait and the wait is like 30 days or so and its ridiculous one has to wait that long. When I requested my first DnB for an established business for over 13 years old, they rated out business as at risk. I really do not respect this company but it is required by many companies.

Due to the length of our name we cannot dispute or do anything on their website. Every function you start takes you to a screen to look up your company and it always comes back with not found because you cannot put the entire name to search. We called and the gentleman hung up on us.

I have spent days, trying to regain access to my account, but it turned out the service does not work on the weekday. What?!
The customer service is very slow. It took about 2 hours to get confirm that everything else is OK.

The employee of this company gave me a job to retype some book pages at Fiverr, but I don't get the payment instead I need to pay more and more to get my money, I already lost 580$ thanks to the scam of this company, beware of any contact approach you from this company

This company is a farce. The website is unmanageable and the info you get is useless. They resort to what is effectively extortion on small businesses to get them to update data that isn't accurate. I would love to see them shut down.

Total scam. They will go above and beyond to avoid refunding you or canceling a subscription that they trick you into without you realizing it. There is no way to remove your card or cancel the subscription without calling them and over the phone they will do everything under the sun to make canceling impossible. I didn't even receive anything for my order on top of it. And the customer service guy "forwarded me" to the cancellation department only to forward me to nothing. When I tried calling back, I got ignored. The company is horrible. Probably the most scammy online company that I have ever made the mistake of giving money to. I want my refund!

This company does not have credibility, an American company has requested a report on our company and the information disclosed is absolutely false, from the number of employees to the annual turnover and so on, They have provided old information from 22 years ago when the company opened without updating the file. Result we were refused to obtain credit with certain American suppliers, thinking that we are not creditworthy. D&B said they will update the file but the

The amount of work that goes into these deliveries is clearly absent from the C-Suite level employees. Management doesn't care, total disrespect for drivers, will actually change your shift without contacting you. I have worked for many years and I have never seen a working environment like this.

Just a big marketing machine and will do anything to try and get you to pay for service. Very dishonest company and certainly does not provide an unbiased company review. Run from this company. We have called 4 times to have our address updated and they will not update our account unless we pay them. This is criminal.
