Contemptuous Customer Service: Since I lacked cell service in Albania, I relied on email. The correspondence I received was riddled with poor grammar and blatant hostility. After becoming "tired" of my inquiries, a representative told me to "call the help line like everyone else," ignoring the reality of my international situation.
