I have assigned the chaps to write a part of a literature review for a study. I have attached the research questions for their guidance. Guess what. Another piece of evidence that demonstrates their obvious incompetence is that they would write something like, "one expert says... another says..." Believe it or not, this is what I experienced. I am happy to provide tangible evidence when necessary. The study I sent was about students taking classes with native speaking teachers of English.

I paid them to complete the dissertation, they did 2 chapters and after making the payment for the remaining chapters they disappeared. The deadline was 7 days ago and they are not responding to messages, online chats or emails. Every time they come up with a different excuse. Once, the writer was sick, then they had a problem with the system and the writers and now I wonder what would it be if they ever reply!

Poorest customer service, and quite the scam given they market themselves as "Guaranteed Deadline Delivery" - such BS.
