They are far too expensive and did not meet expectations! I was expecting and promised a 2:1 60% and higher on my essay and instead I didn't even score a 40 I got below a pass grade. They are not willing to help or offer a refund for a service they guaranteed I will achieve a high score!

Firstly, I spoke to someone over the phone. 11 pm someone picked up the phone and said "hello", just as he was sitting at home in the armchair and had to lift the bum because the phone rang. I was surprised and it already seemed to me that there was no professionalism. Then the first sentence was in clear English, while later I heard an asian accent, just as it was someone else. However decided to give it a try.
Gave my work for proofreading and editing. Ok, the mistakes were corrected. However, I didn't like the changed sentences as content got changed substantially and therefore it was hard to understand what the writer wanted to say. There were repetitive sentences and one sentence not even finished. Couple of big mistakes that would drag my mark down. I got surprised they didn't notice such things as methodology chapter tense that should be in past, while they put everything in future. I also didn't have primary research and did a case study instead but "Mark" "edited" that the way as I had primary research. Is that edited text at all? I can clearly see that the people sitting there ARE NOT the academic professionals. Definitely, they write all those good review themselves. Won't suggest it!
"Mark" is ok he is quick, and the chat is very quick generally. They deliver their essays always on time, and they always deliver. In my life, i have ordered two outlines and one report. The report wasn't good and didn't meet my expectations at all. The writer mentioned staff in the intro and conclusion that he didn't say and analyze in the main body... the report was bad, but I had requested it two days ago. The positive is that they offered to change my essay many times as I wanted but we didn't manage to reach the wanted outcome. Furthermore, they are expensive.
