I don't understand the bad reviews. I ordered class supplies from discount school supplies for 18 years and rarely had a problem. Good quality, good prices, fast shipping. I also ordered things for my own son when he was young. Excellent company.
I purchased 3 items, one of them was really a good deal. They sent the shipping confirmation and they had cancelled the item i wanted the most without any previous notification. After the cancellation of that item I was not longer interested on the other two, so I cancelled the whole order. Then I had to waste a lot of my time (emails and phone calls) to get the refund. Summary: if there is a good deal, don't trust it! They may cancel it without any notification.
I placed an order using a credit card. Then I received the email below, and the person one of my card number expiration date and the CVV code and the ZIP Code associated with the card. I almost fell for it I'll buy my clothes somewhere else.
I placed a order in April. Money was taken from my account. I received my packages way late and battered. Now, months later they're calling me saying they never received their payment and to call to resolve it. As a business owner, I want to know why they even sent me a product if they didn't receive payment. I won't be using this company again.
I placed my order on July 3 with a shipping date of 3-5 business days. I got a confirmation email right away. It is now the end of July and I've not received my purchase. I did however get an email asking how I liked my purchases which I've never received. Stay away from this place!
Ordered my items September 6th. Theyre not even scheduled to ship until September 27th so I canceled. You would think they would put that disclaimer up BEFORE you purchase the items. The day after canceling I get a charge for the items I purchased weeks ago and canceled. I am so angry.
Ordered 3 days ago. Checked site, order is not even processed yet! How can a company do business like that. NO weekend availability to expedite now. So now I have no product coming on time? So what do I do? Wait? Or order from a more customer focused company.
I placed a new order from someone else. Depending on this group's response on Monday, either they get the cancellation, or the other one does... will update later
They shipped my mother a incomplete childrens kitchen set and gave her a hard time when she tried to explain what they DIDN'T include in the box. Asking for things like the batch number, if they don't know what they sold a consumer then how would the consumer know what they were sold. It also came in the wrong color as well... DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!
This is called discount school supply store but I have used this company for both of my kids and bought everything from playards to really good corals that are much better than what you can find at target or buy buy baby. The prices are also very good and quality of the kids products are long lasting.
