I order lots of different filters from this site and have always been satisfied. Last fall (Sept 2019) I decided to order furnace filters from Discount. I received them but I still had some from a previous purchase so I used those up before getting into the box from discount filters. Finally, in July 2020 I went to use the filters and guess- what they didn't fit. I thought oh lordie there is no way after this long that Discount Filters will help me but I decided there's no harm in trying. I contacted them and was connected with a very nice customer rep. She helped me get the proper filters and sent them to me at no charge. I didn't even have to go through the hassle of returning the wrong filters. She said I could give them to a church, donate them to a charity, etc. So I am taking them to one of the thrift stores in hopes some one can use them. I definitely recommend this company! It was so nice doing business with someone who made this transaction so easy. So many times trying to deal with a business just elevates your blood pressure but not this time!

I purchased water filters for my refrigerator in April 14 2020, they sent the wrong ones. I requested an RMA and three weeks later after several phone calls finally got one on May 5, l 2020 and I sent the filters back at MY expense. After several emails sent to them from their website and multiple phone calls, I still have no refund. The emails go unanswered and the phone call agent is a recording stating that they are busy and I can call back later. It is now more than 60 days and no refund.

I was googling for the perfect filter for my fridge, I wanted genuine, new parts & none of the "iffy" type filters. I always get my refrigerator water filter from DiscountFilters and have never been disappointed. I thought I had an issue with my most recent order and contacted Customer Service by e-mail. I was shocked that I received a response immediately, I am sorry to say that the issue was of my own doing and apologized to Kaitlin who could not have been more kind and gracious. She was most helpful and of course my order came in the next day as promised initially.
