Really easy order process and customer service were really helpful when I wanted to make a change to the order.
The order process and delivery were very good. Ordered earpods. They are easy to use and the quality of sound excellent. The charging case they come with makes it easier to store and carry the earpods about with me. Previously I was forever losing other similar products.
I am satisfied with my headphones but the slow shipping dissppointed me, they said one day but shipped it in three days (((

Very lightweight, durable and easy to wear, and better yet, you can enjoy listening to music, movies and so on without bothering others, or in my case, them worrying me.

Excellent experience. I use mine in the kitchen on my breakfast bar. It's kind of inconspicuous and easily slides into out-of-the-way spaces. At this price, it's good to have a few when the occasion calls for it.
I recently purchased a airpod pros and home pod bundle which was delivered on time. Unfortunately i had to return the item as it was wasn't what I anticipated. This is the start of our now 3 month journey trying to get an refund in which I returned the item with the correct paperwork and have tried unsuccessfully to speak to someone either by email or phone. Still no response. I assume i will now need to chase our payment through the banks. Very unprofessional and I would think twice before pushing the "buy" button
Such an easy charger to use. It lights up to tell you it's activated for just enough time for you to find your pillow and fall into bed.
I really enjoyed using this charger. It works well. I returned it because I did not keep the earbuds that were wireless charging. It makes me wish I had more things that were wirelessly chargeable.
If I could choose 0 stars I would still ask further for -5. This is not a real company. They pay for fake reviews on here and facebook and other places. They never sent the products they never even changed the order from pending. A month down the line after I think seven times trying to contact them by email considering they don't have a phone number, still no reply. We went onto their Facebook and they are active on there But they block you from being able to comment. There are lots of angry reacts on the Facebook posts as well which they probably can't remove. This is not even a real company and I don't think those headphones were ever going to get sent. Thankfully the bank have given a refund. I have reported them to action fraud police as well. They don't even deserve a rating. 100% would absolutely not recommend unless you like giving your money away for nothing and working to get it back.

I bought their wireless charger for my Google Pixel 6 and was concerned it may not work. It does! I have it at work on my desk, and I love how easy it is to use.
I have placed an £150 order on 24/07, nearly a month later I still haven't received them. In fact, order status is still pending. So far, I have sent 4 enquiries about my order and all I have received is the automated reply that my query was received and they will respond within 2 working days, however I have not heard from them. Stay away, they are thief and scammers.
Emailed them calling them out, and they wrote back within minutes saying they would not tolerate my language…so they are getting my regular emails and have just been choosing to ignore them. Class act.
If it seems too good to be true it probably is.
Absolutely scammed by this lot, £150 for a hairdryer back on 21st may and countless emails later I've got nothing to show for it.
Finally got a reply after about a month of emails to say because of where I live it's taking longer than expected…I live in Northern Ireland, hardly the other side of the earth.
Have asked for a refund countless times to be ignored. And they suggested the reviews on trustpilot were fake but the ones here were legit so I'm here to leave my legit review of an awful company.
"I have ordered an item on 29/97/2022 but the order never delivered and I have sent an email but still no response and the telephone number always state to call 9 to 5pm when i call at 11 am, it's very strange and I don't even know if I will ever going to receive my order. Please read my review before buying and I hope the company will read this review and hopefully get back to me as soon as possible.
