ORDERED DYSON HAIR DRYER ON 18TH DEC IT NEVER TURNED UP SAID I WOULD GET IT BEFORE CHRISTMAS ON WEB SITE. E MAILED 20 TIMES NEVER GOT BACK TO ME COULDNT TRACK DELIVERY. ITS CHEAP FOR A REASON DONT BUY.

I have placed an order on 26 December 22 and with a promised delivery of 4-6 Jan 23, I have yet to receive anything.
I have used your email and that doesn't deliver

For the price of £29.99, they are decent. Sound quality isn't amazing (slight tinned sound), but it is still pretty loud and clear. Battery life lasts about 3 hours (if you keep putting them back in their case to charge), once you have 1/4 battery left, the pods make a loud beep every 30 seconds to warn you which is annoying and unnecessarily loud. The case doesn't take long at all to charge. Overall, they have some flaws but they are tolerable as the product was cheap and they do the job.

I had no problems browsing through the website and looking for wanted product. Prices are amazing for good quality product. I was extremely impressed by fast delivery :)

Impressed by the speedily FREE delivery and the secure packing, without overdoing it. The item was exactly as it was shown on the web site.

First-class from start to finish, delivery was quicker than expected, packaging very secure and item well protected, would buy from DCH again.

They take your money and that's it. No product to show for it and no way to contact them. Emails keep bouncing back.

Don't buy from these lot they are scammers and the email address don't work and you don't get your order gave 1 star as had to put one to Wright review

Amazing experience, unfortunately one of the ear buds from the first shipment didn't work, but customer service was amazing. They sent out a new pair straight away. Which work perfectly. Definitely worth the money!

Bought some ear buds as a gift for my husband, they were great for a weeks then wouldn't connect and kept losing charge. Contacted DCH and they ask to return and they send a new one's. Excellent customer service and new ones are great. Thank you Mrs. Tanya!

I rarely write a reviews but i need to when i see the score!. I have been buying from DCH for a few years now, mainly tech accessories for myself and some of my clients. I have never had an issue with an order or a delivery. The company treat their on-going customers very well, with additional discounts and rewards for buying more regularly with them - They have been a fantastic company to work with and I would highly recommend them to others.
