Having found this company online I called them and they confirmed they could supply fabric for good price. I placed an order and paid money accordignly.
Howevere there were delays with distrobution from suppliers.
I was fortunate enough to get a refund thanks to Mel. Unfortunately I know she no longer works there.
I used this company by accident because I was trying to discount-fabric.com who are brilliant. I rang discount-fabric.co.uk by accident & boy I regretted it!
I ordered a jane Churchill fabric and after chasing for 6 weeks, not returned phone calls I rang Jane Churchill myself. None of the excuses I'd received we correct (factory holidays etc). When I cancelled my order, they were very casual about it. I believe that Jane Churchill are picky about suppliers and I think they were never in a position to fulfill the order.
I then went back to discount-fabric.com and got the fabric within a week at the same price. I'd change my name if I was them as they were poles apart as far as service went!
Ordered £600 worth of fabric, has not arrived and never will... cannot get through to them, have left loads of messages and emails. Same problem as other people have experienced. I am going to report them to the Police tomorrow as they are basically thieves.
I ordered fabric through this site and paid in full with debit card. Fabric was to take 5working days. I was then told that fabric had arrived with them but was faulty which is very unusual as it is normally customers responsibility to check orders. I was then given over the next few days various empty promises, of delivery dates. I checked with the fabric manufacturer who had 250m in stock of fabric(I required 14!)I was told that if an order was given before 2pm it would be delivered next day. I have spent hours on the phone trying to contact discount fabrics and their shop in Warrington and was constantly put on hold and lied to. 15days later and after many wasted hours waiting on an order that was not coming, I have cancelled the order. They have been extremely rude and just will not stop misleading me. This Internet site may save you money if you ever get your fabric but you will never know when. They also seem to have a problem refunding me... I wait in hope. £408.00 A very costly stressful experience.
