Very easy company to deal with. I've purchased several items from them and always have been satisfied.

I went out of town and the first night realized I left my mask at home. I started immediately looking online for places to find a mask and everyone was so expensive. DirectHome Medical offered quick shipping and a great price, and to be honest, I needed a new mask anyway. I slept awful the first two nights without my mask, and then on Friday my mask appeared in the mail just like I expected and just like I had hoped. DirectHome Medical sent next day and it truly did arrive next day. I ordered it late Wednesday night and received it early Friday morning. Thank you thank you thank you for your quick service. You saved me!

I found out the CPAP side cap existed on a YouTube video. Then I searched and found one for my unit on Direct Home Medical. I liked having the option of free shipping, but also other levels of speed, with cost, to choose from. I paid $5 to make sure I received before a trip I'm taking, during which I want to use my CPAP, but didn't want to mess with taking water. Good experience with this merchant.

Ordered the Stratus 5 oxygen concentrator. Very good product and wasn't as loud as expected. Really quite.
