Bad customer service

Went to Port Charlotte FL Dillards last night, wasted 45 minutes of our time looking for mens slacks to try on. When we approached the fitting rooms we were told we cannot try them on because they are closing! Management in sales prevention mode, won't do a thing. So, we will NOT return to Dillards! EVER! Worst customer service ever! Wasted our time. Maybe this is why brick and mortar stores are closing?!
