Love the looks of the ring but unfortunately I've had 3 small stones fall out in less than 1 month of wearing the ring. NOT very happy... this is supposed to be my forever ring. One stone fell out, I sent for repair. They were great and fixed it. Within 2 days I had two more stones fall out. I am devastated. The customer service is great but the quality of my ring is terrible.
Everything was great, however I will say your web based form to check on orders does not work. You get an error on submission that the mailbox is full.
I'm returning them I didn't know they were lab created.

I had purchased the black friday deal or the solitaire necklace with the 3 ct diamond. Unfortunately, I showed my wife (since there was a limited return policy) and she did not like the look of the 3 ct. I was able to return and ordered a 2 ct (which ended up more expensive) but have been overall very happy with this purchase and my previous purchase of diamond earings back in June.
