Rings/product is fine. However, it takes days for Agape to let you know when is shipping even after you pay the expedited shipping fee. And, if you call Agape no one takes the call. You are simply left waiting and waiting. I waited half an hour and gave up. I placed another order this past week. Same experience.

When I called customer service to ask for help picking out bands to match my engagement ring purchased at AD, I told them my idea of what I wanted which wasn't the suggested bands for my ring. The Rep put me on hold, she went to the showroom and placed the bands on her finger with my style ring and came back saying WOW it looked amazing and matched up very well with the ring. When both customer service and product match in quality it says a lot about Agape Diamonds. Highly recommend them if you are seeking both for that special someone! AD made me feel like a special someone, that's for sure!
I did not know this was a simulated diamond when I ordered it. My wife loved it and I did tell her that it was a simulated diamond and if she wanted to return it we could, but she loved it so much she wanted to keep it! Thanks for your quality product.
