Experience was great except for the delivery. I was to sign for the 2 carat earrings. I received a text my product was delivered and signed for by someone else! I was home also with door open and no knock or doorbell was done. Package just left on doorstep! Anyone could have picked this up and I would have no recourse because it was signed for. Not by me

I purchased lab grown diamonds. Agape's website can be a bit misleading and every complaint I read a BBB was from folks who bought 'simulated' diamonds believing they were buying lab grown diamonds. I am satisfied with my purchase and best of all my wife is as well!
Horrible customer service! Stay away they will send you product with missing stones. When you try to return it they will try to make you keep it or exchange it and once the exchange is done they tell you that you cannot return the new one because you're out of the return time frame, horrible business model.

Beautiful for costume jewelry I ordered originally because I thought they were real diamonds. This due to one of my first piece of jewelry costing the same amount. A real diamond bracelet. It cost the same amount that I paid for Agape's bracelet.
