Looked like the picture, but site was a little confusing trying to understand what type of stone was included.
I was not made aware upon purchase that the center stone was not a lab created diamond. I tried to have my ring sized by my jeweler and was told it was a CZ. Customer service worked with me to replace the stone with a lab created which I paid extra for. The difference is stunning. They also sized my ring. I am very pleased with their customer service. Just be aware of what you are purchasing.

I planned to order a loose lab created diamond online to exchange with the simulated diamond that was in my engagement ring; however, I decided it may be best to call to make sure that everything was done appropriately. I had a promo code that was working when I was planning to order online, but I was told by the sales person that I could not use a promo code on any of the loose diamonds and that it was an error that it worked online. I thought they should honor it on the phone since it would have worked online, error or no error, but they refused. The ring is beautiful, but their customer service is lacking, as I was made to feel that I was doing something wrong to even ask, when it was their mistake that the promo code was working for online orders.
