Diamond Estate They are real estate promoters in Mauritius. The managing director Rafick Assenjee is a shifty character. Don't buy any real estate from them on off-plan, they are scoundrels from Madagascar. A lot of real estate promoter lack ethics but these guys will take you to the cleaners.
