I placed an international order with this business and was repeatedly told that my items had been "dispatched." After waiting several days, they provided a tracking number and said the package was shipped through a courier service.

When I tried to track the package, the number did not exist in the courier's system. I immediately asked for clarification and proof of shipment, but instead of providing real tracking or a receipt, the seller gave multiple contradictory excuses. I was told the courier collects late, the office was closed, the courier was not responding, and that tracking would be shared "tomorrow." None of this ever resulted in real proof.

After continued delays and no delivery, I requested a refund. There was no action until I i mentioned i'd report to FTC, IC3, Indian national cyber crime with formal fraud reports. Only then was a refund initiated.

No product was ever dispatched. This experience follows a common online shopping scam pattern: fake tracking, endless delays, and refunds only after escalation. I would strongly advise others to avoid this site and protect themselves by paying with a method that allows chargebacks.
