I had bought 4 items last November over a year ago and they had claimed everything was taking so long to ship because it was a preorder and being fitted to size. So after a couple months had gone by I asked why package still hadn't arrived and they told me it was because of covid issues delaying my order. So I then again waited. It is now late August I confront them and ask for my money back. They refuse the oney return and give me a fake transit number to hush me. Apparently my package is still in 'transit '

This site has a bad record for sending wrong dresses, and bad customer service. I ordered from here in June and it said it would arrive around July 8th-15th. I have yet not received my package and their customer service is terrible. I sent 3 emails in the past week and still have not received an answer. Just a mere store notification that I have to contact the handler for my order. Two things which the site should be responsible for. I hate sending angry reviews but I want to warn all my fellow lolita gals that this site is bad and just takes your money.

On May 1 I purchased a dress that I no longer needed/wanted, and asked for a refund. Customer service got back to me a day later saying that my refund would be processed within two weeks and sent to my PayPal account (which the order was placed). That's great, thank you. I say as much!
Two weeks pass, and no sign of a refund. After three weeks, May 29th, I email again. I state that my refund was supposed to have been processed and asked when I would see it. I do not receive a reply for this email.
On the 7th of June I sent yet another email, explaining that I've been waiting for quite a while for this refund to show up. I get a reply a day later saying that they had a dragon boat festival and weren't able to respond to my email right away and that my refund would show up within the next few days. It's been about 12 days, and still no sign of my money. We'll see what happens!
I purchased the Tomie JSK set last year. This was my first purchase form DevilInspired and I don't think I'll be returning despite loving the dress I received.
The listing said it was in stock and I just needed to wait 2 weeks for the processing time and to ship to their warehouse, but then it turned into almost more than 4 weeks.
I contacted the company about this and the day after I sent a message they sent it out to me. It seems like they had forgotten to ship it out.
Then, after it was sent out, they did not ship it expedited like what I had paid $34 for. They sent it standard! I waited multiple weeks for my package to arrive. I argued with customer service that they did not ship it using the expedited services that were listed on their site. It was sent YunExpress which is an economic express service. The package also arrived in a tiny envelope where the whole JSK and blouse set was squeezed into instead of a box.
They would not refund me and tried to tell me that YunExpress is expedited shipping which isn't true. A representative on Twitter told me to contact customer service for a refund and that did not happen. They only offered a $10 shipping credit to be used in THEIR store. This was very frustrating and caused me to not want to shop there again. Dress is gorgeous and wonderful quality, but I felt scammed by DevilInspired itself.
5 out of my seven orders had 1 or more items that became sold our after purchase this has happened many times over the course of this year and Im done. Why does this keep happening literally checked if my last order's items were in stock just so I wasn't disappointed again. And guess what. They weren't! So I ordered and then a week later know what happened? They were sold out. Below are just two of the instances of items selling out after purchasing.
I ordered an item in September. It said it would take about a month of processing on some of the items, and that it could take 25 days shipping or something like that and I though that's fine, I can wait. According to them, it should arrive in October-November, and at worst some time in December, I can wait. It is now February and have gotten zero updates whatsoever on my over 100 USD order. No shipping confirmation, not that it arrived to the warehouse, nothing. I only got a conformation of my order, every other email from them has been promotional. The status on my order is still "payment accepted" and nothing else had happened since then. I would order the same outfit from a different site but it was limited, and I need those items to go with my coord for multiple things. Please go to any other Taobao reselling site than this, it's not worth it, I will never order from here again. I have also heard about them selling commercial dresses (cheaply made and more mass produced, several sellers on Taobao will bulk buy them and sell them) and claim they're from indie brands, and will put them under fake indie brand names without any disclosure. I checked myself with a dress I ordered from them and I found it to unfortunately be true. I regret spending 40 USD on a commercial dress I could have gotten for 25, especially considering how much better of a dress I probably could have gotten for that price, and it would have actually arrived.
And I am immensely satisfied! Great quality, well worth the wait. I don't think I've felt this adorable in anything else. The fact that I got a shirt, a hoodie, a hat of my favorite pudding dog is just amazing to me.
I can attach my different emails since black Friday that I have decided to purchase with PayPal of me asking where is my package or tracking, their answer is we are shipping them in two weeks, well it's almost 3 months now and no tracking number at all AVOID AVOID AVOID DO YOUR RESEARCH UNORGANIZED AND DECEITFUL PLACE
I've ran into all kinds of problems from $#*! being out of stock 3 times in a row to running out of stock on pre-ordered items and sizes, shipping out 6 months after the supposed date and never refunding until I got PayPal claims involved (oh, suddenly when PayPal asks, they refund a lot faster!) Their markup is like 40% and totally a wreck of customer service. Their mysterious "boss" will always delay refunds for months so don't bother, download the picture of their product and image search on taobao to buy at a shopping service instead, don't spend your money there because they bribed a few YouTube with free products
I expected things to take a while to get gathered and shipped, but now it's been over 4 months and it still is in processing and hasn't even shipped yet. I've spent just under $400 for a lolita dress, shoes, bonnet, tights, and wrist cuffs. That's a fair amount of money for them to be completely ignoring my emails and not shipping my things. If my stuff ever arrives I hope the quality is better than the processing, shipping and customer service experience. But either way I wont be buying from them again. I feel I'd be far more forgiving if they would communicate with me better and help me to understand what's happening with my stuff, but the lack of customer service support makes it unforgivable.
First order: item listed as in stock was out of stock. Charged for the item. Half of items on the order were wrong or not on the order. Shipping took over five months and was not given updates until 5 months in when I pestered them for it.
Second order: ordered custom size for 90 cm waist. Received 130 cm waist. When I asked to see if I could send them the faulty product and receive the correct item, they sold me to hire a tailor.
I could not dissuade you enough from giving them your business.
Over the last few months, I have been writing back and forth emails for a refund on a preorder that was canceled back in November. I finally called the bank this week to see if they could do anything. The customer service representative from devilinspired kept saying wait and they would pass the request to their "boss" when contacted. When I emailed in November, I was told their credit card servers were down and to check in January. It's seems they forgot, and only the following day when customer service emailed back to my second request did they list the order as officially canceled rather than in processing. My bank was very understanding, but most banks have a period of two months to make a claim.
I really love it and will recommend this skirt to anyone, I will definitely order again from here. Great results.
I bought several things during a Free Shipping event. My sweater was soft, stretchy, and correct but shed a ton until I washed it.
They sent me the wrong colour of socks and are refusing to respond. Sad because they are good quality.
They also sent absentely no information once shipped, only sent a tracking number that didn't work, and then it turned out it was sent priority which doesn't line up with the tracking number. It arrived within 2 weeks however which was very fast.
They prey on new lolitas who have no idea that they are overpricing their stock. They sent me the wrong dress and never replied to my email, they got back to me on Facebook but replied only once every 3-4 days, the exchange was long and stressful and they made me repeat myself multiple time despite there being a backlog of our conversation, they were also very hard to understand.
They send you the wrong item and purposefully reply slowly so that the time window for you to make a PayPal claim expires. Mine nearly did but I saw the bad reviews in time. DO NOT BUY from there; I do not know if I will get my refund, I hope I do.
I ordered two seperate packages from them - one Dear Celine OP and another with a whole bunch of things + a Milu Forest JSK. I had made a mistake when inputting some details of an order but when I emailed them they sorted it out straight away (I chose the wrong colour for something and mistyped a part of my address, both were fixed promptyl and I received the correct colour to my correct address) Both packages arrived extremely quickly (the second one arrived 2 months earlier than expected!) and everything inside was exactly as advertised. They even included a folder as a gift inside my second package, with a lolita illustration on it. I know they mark their prices up but honestly I feel it's worth it for the quality of their service. Would highly recommend this site to lolitas not comfortable with using a taobao agent/less experienced with taobao shopping in general. You definitely get what you pay for!
They recently changed the website's name to escape reviews from their rightfully angry customers. Beware; THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU. It's a fraudulent website who do not sell what they advertise. If they sell anything at all... Most reviews are fake, paid for and/or made by themselves. DON'T TRUST. AT ALL.
I purchased a dress on Devil Inspired. 24 hours later I receive an email stating they did not have the dress in stock. They said they would "keep an eye on it" or refund me in 2 weeks. Then they kept the same dress, size, color that they did not have in stock online. They sell items that do not exist.
I just recieved my Devil Inspired order over 2 months after ordering from them. I don't think that is truly their fault though, as they were very communicative with the process of my order. Apparently Infanta didn't have the size I ordered, which held devil inspired up for a few days to confirm with me about getting a different size, and then Infanta didn't ship my dress to devil inspired's warehouse for over a week. All in all it took a month to get my order shipped, and then the US postal service took forever as well, but the items got here well packaged and safe, and they're just amazing. I'm glad that I was able to get updates about my order so frequently as I had never ordered from a taobao reseller before, and didn't know what to expect. If not for the hold ups in shipping this would be a 5 star review.
I ordered my first lolita dress and petticoat from Devilsinpired and i love them.
Product is good, comfortable and beautiful dress. I dont have to wait for too long from my order. The measurements on the site is accurate as prescribe.

Answer: No its not its insanely difficult to contact devilinspired if something goes wrong. My first attempts were customer support through face messenger, the website chat, and instagram to which I received no help or reply. It was then when I emailed them that I finally got a response that was filled childish unprofessional begging etc They shouldnt run a business. They aren't a business. All they do is scam and make ill excuses
