Great customer service!

I was pretty awed by the customer service. They didn't have the color I wanted in the panties I ordered, and since they didn't let me know right away that this color was out of stock, and still had it listed on their website, they sent me a gift certificate code. I mean an apology would have sufficed, but a gift certificate? I was able to get the same panties in a different color. Thank you Designer Intimates!
