Router I was interested in was back in stock before any other vendor I could find in Canada (most vendors out-of-stock for weeks or months). Item shipped in a timely manner.

I ordered several items. One of the items I ordered was for 99 cents and was described as only the "case". Normally the item is a case and power supply together. Considering that the power supply is normally $50-$60 the price did not seem unreasonable for the case as the power supply alone is $50-$60.

I ordered and paid pull price for the power supply separately.

After a couple days, I noticed that the order was still in fulfillment. I contacted customer service and they indicated they could not locate the item (which is disappointing). To be honest, I think the customer should have been contacted to escalate the situation - not the customer checking in to see why there was a delay. Further, I tried to communicate to the service rep that while I appreciate the refund of the 99 cent item, but I no longer need the power supply (which was supposed to complement the case).

The customer service rep didn't understand and ended up still charging me and shipping me the item.

Other items in the order are as expected.

Item was in stock on the website. Ordered and received confirmation. Cancelled my other order at another store (cheaper price but back ordered). The next day received a call saying there was a stock error and my order needed to be canceled. Now waiting on new stock at a higher price Thani was waiting for at the other store but don't want to risk going to the back of the queue.

Not HAPPY at all! I am in a pinch and needing the ordered item asap, now I'm delayed by two weeks due to incompetence on your end. It was order number: ******* which is for SKU 2200-*******-001 which includes the main base, however I received SKU 2200-*******-002 which is just the handset without the base making this item useless! If I didn't need this item so badly I would just cancell my order entirely, however this SKU 2200-*******-001 is very difficult to obtain online so I will just stick with you guys, however I'm done and won't buy anything ever again from DD and will advise my network of people not to either. I'm just so upset how you can mix up such a simple order in these difficult times!

Communication was generally good and the price for the product was very good, but the products could not be delivered to me in time due to delays. I cancelled my order and my payment was refunded.

I sought out the lowest possible price for a Grandstream WP820 Enterprise Portable Wi-Fi phone in Canada. DeployDepot came up the winner, even and especially against Amazon.ca, who offered a "refurbished" unit for $27 more! So, on a leap of faith, I ordered the two units from DeployDepot, having never done business with them before, nor had I ever heard of them. But being a Canadian company, in my old home town of Montreal, I thought I would take a chance.

What a pleasant surprise when the two units turned up a mere few days later via Canada Expresspost, in perfect, pristine, brand new / never opened condition. The box was perfectly packed, and I was even immediately impressed by the packing tape DeployDepot used on the box, printed with their own logo and information. Classy! And it was even a bonus that they included a pen and a pad of DeployDepot post-it notes gratis in the box!

So, in a word, yes, I would purchase again from these folks. They look like they are running a class act, and I wish them great success.
