We had an incredibly disappointing experience with Luxe Flowers Delivered. We ordered our wedding bouquet with time-specific delivery (£20+ extra fee) between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM on the day of our celebration. Not only was nothing delivered during that time, but no one from their team responded to our multiple calls, WhatsApp messages, or emails on the day – a complete communication failure. They claim delivery was attempted at 8:12 AM, but we were home the entire time, with a working intercom that was never rung. There was no notification, no photo, no call, and no parcel when we returned. A vague call came after 7 PM, far past the window, by which time we had already left for our wedding hotel. In the end, we had no bouquet for our wedding and had to arrange a last-minute alternative late in the evening — a stressful and heartbreaking experience. Despite providing clear evidence that nothing was received, they refused a refund, insisting the bouquet was left "at the door" — which is not only irresponsible for a perishable item but false, as there was nothing left behind. They showed no empathy or accountability for a failed time-sensitive delivery that caused stress on our wedding day. If your order is time-critical or emotionally important in any way, do not trust this company.
