Terry Berry from Delaware Business Incorporators was both responsive and helpful when answering our questions about the incorporation process. She provided all the information we wanted to make informed decisions about how best to incorporate (verified her advice on internet and it all checked out)
Only reason we did not rate 5 Stars was because we caught a typo in my cofounder's name on the Articles of Incorporation (last letter of his name was an 'x' instead of a 'z'). I thoroughly reviewed the application (at least 3 or 4 times) before submitting to the Delaware Business Incorporators, so I'm fairly confident I wasn't the party responsible for the typo, but definitely can't say for sure. Regardless of who was at fault, we did submit days before the mercury retrograde (that just ended earlier today at 2:12pm EST) began for all those business that are into Astrology, so it could easily be the case that nobody is at fault and it was just a computer hiccup.
If anyone from Delaware Business Incorporators helps us fix this (if it's even an issue worth addressing), then I'll update back to 5-stars.
Other than the typo, we were very satisfied with the services we received, the pricing is fair, and my partner and I can now own/operate the corporation of our dreams. Couldn't be happier!
