Several years ago we ordered our vanities and plumbing fixtures (sinks, faucets, toilets, etc.) from decorplanet.com and they were very helpful with recommendations, prompt on shipping, and very competitive with pricing. We love the look of their products in our modern design home and have been enjoying them for almost two years. The ceramic disc valve in one of the faucets began inhibiting flow, and when I called today to order a replacement part, even though the warranty had expired, I was amazed to be told that the part would be sent to me at no charge for the part or for the shipping. I went back and forth with several items for my new Manhattan bathroom and Dan was particularly helpful guiding me about finishes and how to choose the best for my budget. I even changed my order and they gladly helped me out.

I bought a Kohler toilet with dual flush system that is perfect for my space and bathtub (which I didn't change). Also, I purchased all my bathroom fixtures at Decorplanet after visiting their location in Brooklyn and spending about 1 hour with Dan. The fixtures are very high quality and the prices are very reasonable in comparison to those of Blackman, Restoration Hardware and others in Manhattan.

Decor Planet's customer service has been extraordinarily cooperative and understanding with me and my client in correcting a couple of manufacturing defects for two Fresca products we purchased in the Spring. The overall quality of the product was extremely high, but we encountered some issues with deterioration of the mirror on a medicine and vanity chest. Decor Planet upheld Fresca's warranty with expedience and grace. I would highly recommend the company.

I purchased 2 toilets and 2 vanities from decor planet. I looked online at different products I was interested in. At the store, the salesman helped us pick out a skirted Toto toilet with a dual flushing system. I like that I can easily decide whether to use 0.8 or 1.6 gallons of water per flush; I like that I'm saving water. The skirted design makes it easier to clean the outside without all the nooks and cranies that dust can rest on.

I like both vanities. One vanity has quiet self closing drawers with ample storage space. The other vanity is a piece of art with its glass counter and bowl. I switched the mirror to a mirror cabinet that has three storage shelves and mirrors everywhere.

When I had an issue with the faucet, the customer service in the store and online were both helpful. They e-mailed me photo instructions how to clear the clog in my faucet. After attempting to fix the faucet on my own without success, customer service offered to send me a replacement faucet even though my faucet is no longer under warranty because they stand behind their products.

I like decor planet for their design and quality of products, their customer service, and helpful salesmen.

I purchased a shower panel, a shower door and a one piece toilet from them as a part of my bathroom remodel. I've gotten compliments on everything from my guests, unfortunately one of the knobs on the shower panel malfunctioned and would no longer control the flow of water. Being that it was out of the warranty period I asked them if I could just buy a replacement knob and I was notified that the company had changed the valving design and replacing this would be a proverbial nightmare. Instead, they sent me a replacement panel free of cost. I couldn't ask more from a company.

I received an excellent customer service at Decor Planet! The sales person assisted me with determining correct dimensions for a sink cabinet which I was purchasing. Two weeks after delivery I discovered a scratch in the cabinet mirror and came back to the store to discuss my options. Even though a long time has passed since delivery date Decor Planet replaced my item. I am very satisfied with their service and would recommend Decor Planet to everyone!

I also agree with bad reviews about this company. The Level of rudeness that we have experienced is just unbelievable ( their Brooklyn store location). We had an encounter with one of their staff members there, the older guy with a beard, didn't ask him his name unfortunately. Rude, rude, rude. SHOCKINGLY RUDE.
Also the mirrored medicine cabinet was chipped on each side. It could be that we were just unlucky but according to other reviews it's probably more of a norm.
