Please do not use this company, we paid them a fee to recover a debt from another company and they kept giving our team vague answers and not responding with an update as to when our case would be resolved.
As of December 2023, the phone line has been disconnected and their website is no longer active, but the company is still listed on companies house.
They recovered my money but didn't pass it to me, and now they are not unswerving calls or emails. Avoid!
I have paid encore debt recovery to recover my debt 16 months ago. The actual case has been ongoing for much longer. Once in a blue moon they answer the phone and fob me off but normally, no one answers and no one gets back to me. It feels like a scam and I would never recommend them to anybody. Gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them nothing
Based in Bristol The Triangle. Have paid them to recover a debt. No proof after 3 months that that they have done any work on our behalf even though they keep promising to send it. Have asked for return of money but they have refused.
