I spend hundreds of dollars on clothes quite often. When I tried the site I was skeptical at first due to the low prices. Now that I have received the clothing I am so impressed and happy with this company. I am ordering a bunch of new items again. Gorgeous, great quality clothing.

My daughter started an online Boutique and placed a prepaid order for $1400 in Jan. 2021, as if today March 13,2021, we are STILL WAITING ON ITEMS! My daughter has contacted there customer service many times and it takes almost a week fr a reply! Now her customers want a refund and she used their money to place the order!
We have had to contacted Dear Lover, 2 shipping companies, PayPal, Credit Union and many, many unhappy customers. Still no solution!

When I first found this site I was super skeptical! They were the very first whole sale company I tried out and I'm honestly so happy I did! All of there products are great quality most of them true to size, and adorable! Shipping is super fast as well! The only cons is shipping and stuff sales out quick! Shipping is expensive BUT it's worth it and I would much rather pay $70+ shipping and get my stuff fast than get free shipping and wait a month!

This was my first and ONLY time I will order from this company. My order total was $1,632.15. $583.00 of that total was shipping. Out of 167 total items I ordered I have only gotten 95 of them. The order was placed on 9-20-20 and today is 10-07-20. I got the 95 items ( 4 different sets of shirts) within a week of me placing my order. I wouldn't be near as upset as I am right now if they had not taken the total amount out of my account already. Most vendors I have ordered from ONLY take out the amount they ship you of what you ordered. So basically I have paid for items I have NOT gotten and don't know when or if I'm going to get them. I have tried numerous of times calling them and can't get anyone on the phone.

The items description is very limited and all you have to go by is the pictures of the items, which is what I did on the item I purchased. I wanted to love this item and use them to embroider on for resale! I can't sell these to nobody! The material is very itchy, the cheapest type of material possible. The picture looked like a nice cotton pullover, and loose fitting. I tried on the extra large to get the fit I was looking for, and it was probably the true medium size. There is no size label or care instructions on any of the items! Very disappointed hoping to get a full refund!

I liked them until last week. I ordered 14 Led Zeppelin tie dye tees. They all arrived with gibberish, illegible graphics. ( not like their photo on the web site) I was offered 50% refund & suggested I try to sell these idiotic tees at a discount. I'd be ashamed to ask for money for them. I expect them to take 100% responsibility NOT 50%. I am open to replacement, credit or full refund. They expect me to eat the cost for their production error. I no longer feel I can trust them to stand behind their product. They simply won't.
