Do not order as you most definitely will not get your order. I put in an order and never got it. It posts from china with fake tracking numbers.
These thieves stole my money twice. I ordered two products and NEVER received either on of them. They gave me a phony shipping tracking number that was a fraud. And now their website is down. Yeah right! Hopefully, they are being arrested.
It's a rip-off. They never sent you the product you ordered, and will constantly give you the run around when contacting them for information.

It´s been roughly 3 months since my purchase and i haven´t received my order yet. My order cannot be tracked and the customer service doesn´t reply my email. I strongly recommend not ordering anything from there.
I ordered a bunch of clothing Nov 25 and yet to received any of the materials 3 months later. No emails after my order email and no responses to my emails. Fortunately I paid with paypal so there is hope of getting my money back. I have filed a claim with paypal for refund.

I have lost my money. I never received anything from them. They gave me wrong tracking number and now its been more than 2 months and I didn't receive the item I purchased for dollar 43. They should be banned everywhere.
They literally steal money from people just like that by putting nice ads on Facebook! FB and other sites need to ban their $#*!ing ad. Ordered and paid a bunch for 2 pairs of shoes, more than 2 months now nonsign of goods will arrive. They only replied one out of 5 my emails, and no tracking update provides as promised. This low life phony seems to get away of this scam for so many times! We need to do something to kick their out of the $#*!ing internet!
Three months ago i ordered a vest planning to wear it to a bountiful Thanksgiving day feast. It didn't arrive. I emailed was told there had been delays on their products. I thought I'd have it by Christmas so Santa could tell me how handsome i looked in it. Valentine's day is this week, will be eating ice cream out of the tub and vestless watching pretty woman with tears in my eyes.
I ordered a hoodie over three months ago, I asked how long my order would take and was told 14-30 days, this was two weeks after purchase, since then I haven't received anything from them apart from a coupon and apologie about the product being late but nothing else, no product, no refund and no reply at all. I have the same situation as you guys, placed an order on 21st of september in 2016 and until today 13th of january 2017 haven't received my staff but the money was deducted. I am super angry!
Placed an order for shoes in september 2016 its now Jan 2017 still no Shoes, No Refund, can never get a reply from. Rubbish service, Rubbish customer care.

Kitty Lee gave me a bogus tracking number and the order is no where to be found. When asked for a refund, i received no response.
I ordered several pair of shoes August 31,2016. I received an email confirmation from dealman.co.nz with order number DM******* saying that partial order was on its way. After 1 month i emailed dealman to find out where my order was. Like most of people, i received a fake tracking numbers LT*******CN and LT*******CN from Kitty Lee at dealman.co.nz and that provided no shipment status. After sending 5 to 6 emails remaining with no reply to dealman, i contacted my bank to kill this transaction. This was not possible to do via my bank. However, my bank told me that as i paid with Pay-Pal, i should contact Pay-Pal. I called Pay-Pal and provided all the information. One week later, the whole amount i paid was refunded to me on October 14. IMPORTANT! All Pay-Pal purchases are covered with a 6 month refund if order is not delivered. ALWAYS PAY WITH PAYPAL AND YOU HAVE 6 MONTHS TO KILL THE TRANSACTION AND GET A FULL REFUND!
Come on... there are hundreds of negative reviews about dealman.co.nz... with the same claims... placed order, received fake tracking numbers and never received the goods. This a fraud. Period.
Ordered some shoes from Deal Man, which posted an ad on Facebook, on September 11th and now it's November 27th and I still haven't received them. They have not responded to my last 2 emails. The tracking # that they provided doesn't even work. DO NOT SHOP FROM DEAL MAN PLEASE. Save your money.
