I received 4 Nintendo DS games. None of them work. They are obvious fakes. Have contacted Pay-pal. I wouldn't give them any stars if that were an option.
I ordered some DS games for my daughter's birthday present. Been nearly 3 weeks not yet turned up, I guess it never will. Receipt for my order said no tracking details! I have emailed them twice and no reply. Am now taking matter further with Pay Pal. If Deal-cool can't supply my order they should refund me in full

Now all correspondenceBought 3 nintendo gaming counsels for Christmas gifts one stopped working within 2 days of receiving the other 2 work some of the time sent broken one into nintendo they sent it back saying the counsel is counterfeit. Now all correspondence is at best incomplete and no direct answeres are given but they say they will fix them...?
Don't buy from them. They will rip you off!
I purchased Nokia Bluetooth Stereo Headset for US$44.00 and they sent me the used product. PayPal agreed to refund the money back to me but they required me to send the product back at my own expense. The shipment must be online trackable which will cost me US$99.00. I have asked for the Seller to pay for the shipment back but PayPal's policy said the shipment back to the Seller is my responsibility so please think twice before you purchase any product from deal-cool. Also please think twice before make a payment by using PayPal.
Ipod came in Apple Cases. Couldn't change language from Chinese no instructions. Finally found a little info on line... but not on Deal-Cools site to get the language changed. Ipods have Media Player guts but don't work on Windows Media Player. These are the look alike new IPod touch that were so popular around Christmas. Sent back and am having a difficult time getting reimbursed. They have a refund policy but thus far no refund. Looks like the have taken the IPod touches off their site at this point.
Very slick knockoff packaging (ipods, game boys, etc) containing fake/non-functioning products. Do not buy anything here.
