DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DAZN! I canceled my account, and they are trying to charge my card for 1 year! DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT GIVING THESE THEIVES YOU CREDIT CARD NUMBER!

DAZN is a scam, plain and simple. I canceled my subscription before it ended, yet they still tried to charge me for another month. Their cancellation process is intentionally deceptive, and the terms are anything but clear. It got so bad that I had to go to my bank, pay $7 just to change my card, and block DAZN from charging me again. No company should force customers into that. I'll never come back to this platform, and I'll make sure others know how shady their practices are.

This is quite honestly the biggest rip off of the 21st century. Huge subs with additions for all big events. The rest of the free"subscription" offerings are really weak.

I purchased the Usyk vs. Fury 2 fight through DAZN for £24.99, as this was the only option presented at checkout alongside a "free trial subscription." What I didn't realize at the time was that DAZN would charge an additional £24.99 for the subscription, totaling £49.98.

When I discovered the extra charge, I reached out via DAZN's live chat, as they don't provide a customer service phone number.
I spent over 20 minutes with an agent named Deepika Mallarapu, who provided automated responses quoting their terms and conditions but showed no empathy for my situation. Despite my concerns and requests, the agent refused to issue a refund. To make matters worse, I was informed that I would also be charged another £24.99 at the end of the next month.

In summary, I paid a shocking £75.00 GBP to watch a single fight. The service is misleading and seems intentionally designed to make it difficult to raise or resolve complaints. The lack of proper customer support and empathy—especially from staff like Deepika Mallarapu—made this an incredibly frustrating experience. I feel misled and mistreated by DAZN.

I purchased a single pay-per-view (PPV) fight, only to discover that I was unexpectedly enrolled in a yearly subscription without clear disclosure. Despite reaching out to customer service, their response has been unresponsive and uncooperative. It's disheartening to see a company resort to deceptive practices, essentially scamming its customers.
The offer was £19.99 PPV fight with a trial for £1. This was not the case as they then try and charge you £9.99 per month for 12 months.
Do not use this company.

Since DAZN took over GamePass from NFL, it has been a disaster. The features known to the NFL GamePass subscribes are not available anymore: no time-shift viewing, really bad 40-minutes compilations (flags are not shown or explained, whole downs are skipped), no Sunday-in-60 compilation.
The customer service just answers with standard responses, the help transcript that you can send yourself via email is worthless (it's only garbled characters, so you don't have any proof about what was said in the chat).
It is a complete disaster.

I had NFL Game Pass UK and once notified that it was being transferred to DAZN went to cancel my account. Found out that they removed the option to cancel an account as well as removed the option to turn off automatic payment. I know live in the US and DAZN does not allow me to login to my account. Contacted their help desk through email multiple times and have never recieved an answer. So now I have paid $193 for an account that I've tried to cancel numerous times and cannot even login to. Stay far away from this shady company.

I purchased the Davis and Garcia fight on DAZN, but was unable to watch the fight live. I ended up ordering the fight through the Showtime app and immediately was able to watch the fight. Dazn has refused to issue me a refund and states all purchases are finial. That would be understandable if I actually received a service and was able to watch the fight live.
