The company enjoys a generally positive reputation for its extensive range of high-quality 3D products and a user-friendly shopping experience, with many customers appreciating the helpful support and prompt service. However, concerns have been raised regarding pricing strategies, particularly a perceived decline in value for membership benefits and issues with product search functionality. Additionally, some users have experienced bugs and crashes within the software, leading to frustration. Overall, while customer satisfaction is high regarding product quality and service, improvements in pricing transparency and software stability are needed to enhance the user experience further.

Easy to operate than "poser". I'm happy to be able to do what I wanted to do. However, I'm not good at English, so it would be better if I had a "Japanese manual".
I love working with Daz but the filters in te store are very limited and makes looking for something to use my coupons on a chore instead of fun, Options to restrict by price, no Daz+ items and filter by type (hair, clothes, transport etc) would make a huge difference
So far everything works fine after the update.
Just not a fan of the NFT craze.
Daz3D - You very Nice! Installed, translated the manual, sorted out the database. Downloaded - a few examples. I will master it in practice.
I know the item has quality and it was a good prop to use in my renders.
I mainly use DAZ as a personal pastime. The further development of the program was very rapid in 2021.
When you buy stuff, it has no quicklinks to the product page. You have to go to the order first.
The Daz+ subs and deals are annoying, making it harder to price stuff. Just have the same deals for everyone.
Do a Linux verison.
All good as usual. The new layout works fine. Not entirely happy with the cart's pop up window every time an item is added. An off-screen cart would be much nicer and practical.
Good. Some products don't have a marking that show which figure they made for.
It's great, but I'd love to see changes made to the store; ability to sort via discount, date added to wishlist, etc.
This is not referring to this special order but is to be seen as a general "critic" There are many products on DAZ3D that seem to be very useful, but often creators spend only little time in explaining how to use them. It was often i have seen the usage of products being discussed in the forums and if it would be worth buying them. I ask myself how can they even be sold when people have to ask that question? Seems there were other users also that experienced such poorly explained products. There sure are explanations but the creators should elaborate them much better. Mostly they are only explaining what the features do but not how to get them to do it - if that makes sense. I think you as DAZ3D should push creators to make an effort that also users that are no pro's in using DAZ will understand it. That will benefit you in the end as well, because how it is now it makes you hesitate to buy an item when it even just seems like you would need an explanation in how to use it.
Daz has definitely given aa great value to their Daz Plus membership.
Pretty happy with the site as a whole but the search function is pretty limited.
I really like the new setup of the store and the new setup for placing orders. I find it easy to shop and place my orders now. I love that I can view my cart without leaving my current shopping page as well.
Very satisfied with the service, products and sales. I have been a graphic artist for over thirty years and worked extensively with Adobe products. Then I discovered blender which eventually got me interested in 3D art and led me to Daz Studio. I downloaded Daz Studio which is free and discovered a whole new art medium to work with. The products are great and the community is wonderful when it comes to learning how to render using Daz. I am also a Platinum Club member, which I highly recommend, since it provides you with great savings, and yes there is always a sale.
Money thrown away and cheating, they keep selling products on the site that need to buy plugins to work, then you will see that there are no more plugins for sale, masters at selling products that don't work, sell products that only work using other products on the site that just disappear from the site, burning money is more fun and less stressful than buying products from that company!
I never used this, but looking at the trailers and stuff around it it's some Roblox avatar editor clone for animating characters and made only for dancing?
This doesn't look fantastic, although the models are realistic and kinda good and they "are rigged", it's animations look choppy and clippy.
Thank goodness I've used blender for 7 months (today) and basically I've been learning rigging and modeling, I have models of them below me, but I just can't get the gifs to load :/
I can't access the content that I spent lots of money on. Don't waste your time and money here. It worked fine, when I used Install Manager, but since it switched over to DazCentral, I haven't been able to use a lot of my stuff. There are a ton of similar complaints on the forum, but no concrete answers. I sent an email to them, and they responded that it would take them 4-6 WEEKS, before they could answer. I love how much work is put into the technology, but if users can't use it, then it's useless.
I originally got Daz in hopes that it would be better than Blender but was let down very hard! From the get go the program is loaded with bugs and crashes every time I try to log in to access all the free models, poses, etc.
Answer: You get 3 free transfers then there is a cost to upgrade to unlimited. I found a much better program FaceGen Artist Pro. It's pricey at $139 but gives much better results than the built in face transfer.
Answer: Daz has a free transfer program on their website for blender, maya and many more. Works good!
Answer: No, Daz Studio does animation. You will render your animation series.
Answer: Daz3D will not read those files, as they are just text. However, the files can be "rendered" as an image, for use within Daz3D. Or, if you are asking about the other side of things, Daz3D can render images or video, which can be used along with your presentations. Both of those formats you mention, do not normally include "video formats". Neither of them are "image formats". PDF is just a text layout format for printing pages. MS-Word is just a text-formatting program, for use with printing too, for direct display in MS-Word, or on printed paper. However, it can export in other formats. (Not to be confused with "Word pad".) If you can put the words on an image, in any form, they can be used within Daz3D, for display. However, Daz does not have any form of "text-rendering code", to convert text into 3D objects.
Answer: When you register with the website, you will be given a code that is entered for you. If that fails, for whatever reason, you can go to your profile page and locate all "license codes", used to activate all the free items which may need them. (Or the paid programs, if you buy them.)
