I love the new re-design of the checkout experience

Simple and easy to find but we always have to install them twice.

My experience has been good for the most part, it just seems that a lot of the deals presented, are great deals for items I already purchased. Most of the items I get are things that have good prices and not necessarily what I need.

I hope you can send me some coupons, I buy a lot of items from your company

You've done a great job of making sure the newer products have product images in the "Support" folder that matches "... dsx" name. But there remains some that consumers still need to create themselves. Keep going, you're doing great.

Shop itself could have better searching and filtering. Sometimes it is hard to find asset for specific fugura and of its kind (like when I am trying to find hair and what shop offers me are faces - not good).
Also, sometimes it is not obvous what is actually in the package so I accidentaly several times bought something that is actrually useless (like when I was after christmass tree and it turns out the package only contains decorations.
About the Studio itself I cannot say nothing bad. Absolutelly got into this!

I have been with Daz for over 15 years. Looking at everything takes a long time and is hard to chose. Checkout is quick and easy. Can be addictive too. The sales can be quite a wonderful way to get items you missed. Amazing artists and their products.

Took me a bit to find the download for Hexagon, but then I remembered it would be in products.

I can't actually access my downloads when I go to "My Account". I can only access my content via going into my orders.

This year's xmas specials were much absent compared some previous years excellent specials.

Everything went smoothly with the purchase. Love this product, it's easy to use.

Being unable to filter by ANYTHING on the store pages makes it very very difficult to even want to buy anything, when you have to scroll through over 4000 small thumbnails to find something.

Love the store, but NFT marketing is very off-putting. Also, recent updates to the store UI have made the shop difficult to use on a desktop PC. Otherwise, prices are still good, many products are of high quality, and the Genesis 8 character platform remains powerful and versatile.

Hard to know why coupon codes do or don't apply. Promotional emails talk about different discounts (like the one four days ago for gift cards) but there's no indication gift cards are discounted on the website, and no info when clicking the "more info" link in the email. Freebies are very hard to find.

I've always had a good experience with Daz. No issues checking out or downloading the products. This time was the same, and I was able to see the item I bought in my content folder in minutes. Overall, good products, decent prices, and it's easy to find what I need here. Also, the times I've spoken with people, they've been kind, courteous, and prompt with replies. That's the kind of customer service I like. Feels like they care about their customers.
