The company enjoys a generally positive reputation for its extensive range of high-quality 3D products and a user-friendly shopping experience, with many customers appreciating the helpful support and prompt service. However, concerns have been raised regarding pricing strategies, particularly a perceived decline in value for membership benefits and issues with product search functionality. Additionally, some users have experienced bugs and crashes within the software, leading to frustration. Overall, while customer satisfaction is high regarding product quality and service, improvements in pricing transparency and software stability are needed to enhance the user experience further.

I have try daz only for a short time but I addict of how easy and convenience it is to use and start
I also like the refund team, when my product have an issue (Crash, Not load, etc.) I can be at ease because they'll provide support
Thanks for using Retail Me Not. I use your products for book covers and promotional pieces to support the books/stories I write.
I came to see if anything that was on my wishlist was on sale and it was - but there were four items that said they 100% off "free" - great! Only when I added them to my cart, they reverted back to full price and then disappeared completely when I refreshed. Bait and switch? Dunno. One of them was Easy Char Generator for Genesis 8. You may want to fix that problem.
A bit annoying when eg wish-list items link to 'No Such Page', and add-on items do not specify or link to original. Eg, which 'The Girl' is *that*?
I seldom experience issues with placing the orders. My issues occur when I am either looking for a specific item and cannot refine the search enough, or getting some items to work in Studio.
Not a huge fan of the new cart layout. Less of a fan of constant "sales" that put content at about what the regular price of a cart would have been a couple of years ago. I find a lot less motivation to buy from DAZ3d and end up at Rendo and other sites more often now.
Overall daz studio is a good experience. Some materials don't work. But I am a novice at this kind of stuff, and I have made some great renders.
Usually quick and easy to find and buy. Shopping is orderly and usually the vendors have some sort of actual illustration of what the purchase will entail. However, on some occasions the vendor does artsy advertisement that says more about them than the object for sale.
Kind of hard to decide on products when the forums are down since they serve as product reviews for me.
The entire cart was free items. So, pretty happy about your generosity.
I like seeing sports outfits for G8/8.1 males, thank you.
I would also love a baseball, and soccer outfit, but in time I'm sure they will come. Thanks, DAZ
It is more easy to understand than I thought it would be.
It is always good to look into the software available at Daz 3D. You may be pleasantly surprised.
Today went Perfect! Wanted item found & cheap price!
Shopping took a while due to money management. But the value was great.
Been using daz products since they first started,
Always great service
Always great content and easy to use
I would be happy if there would be more explanations in German language. I can just about manage with a lot of effort, but would like to learn a lot more about DAZ, dforce, lighting and rendering.
I like the message telling when a flash sale ends soon.
I love everything from Daz 3d. I love doing my artwork with it
The experience is fast and seamless, no problems encountered except 2 kinds of pages for the same product
Answer: You get 3 free transfers then there is a cost to upgrade to unlimited. I found a much better program FaceGen Artist Pro. It's pricey at $139 but gives much better results than the built in face transfer.
Answer: Daz has a free transfer program on their website for blender, maya and many more. Works good!
Answer: No, Daz Studio does animation. You will render your animation series.
Answer: Daz3D will not read those files, as they are just text. However, the files can be "rendered" as an image, for use within Daz3D. Or, if you are asking about the other side of things, Daz3D can render images or video, which can be used along with your presentations. Both of those formats you mention, do not normally include "video formats". Neither of them are "image formats". PDF is just a text layout format for printing pages. MS-Word is just a text-formatting program, for use with printing too, for direct display in MS-Word, or on printed paper. However, it can export in other formats. (Not to be confused with "Word pad".) If you can put the words on an image, in any form, they can be used within Daz3D, for display. However, Daz does not have any form of "text-rendering code", to convert text into 3D objects.
Answer: When you register with the website, you will be given a code that is entered for you. If that fails, for whatever reason, you can go to your profile page and locate all "license codes", used to activate all the free items which may need them. (Or the paid programs, if you buy them.)
