Selecting items was easy, however, sometimes the pricing changed when items where added to the cart. That was a little confusing. Also, I don't find the rules for MAD offers easy to understand, that could be improved.

Have to pay attention to sales but love the quality of props.

All the generational stuff is chaotic. It seems to me that the conversion process could be done once by Daz, and not make customers shell out for lots and lots of apps to make conversions.
The smart content system doesn't work very well with older items, including V4.2, for whom it doesn't work at all. I think there's a bug there somewhere.

Dealing with metadata is confusing.

I love the big selection on sale items. I can't wait until another big sale.

Some things that could be helpful in navigating the store like a hide DAZ+ items and a better way to find and filter artists in the left panel. Very difficult to use since it is sorted by # of products rather than alphabetical by name of artist.

Its really amazing... am so much interested in creating characters and thanks to Daz studio creators for such a wonderful creativity

Every time I log in, I am taken to my recent purchase page, especially when I want to view a new item to purchase and the site forgets that I'm logged in. I wish the landing page after login stayed at the page I was viewing. When I added new items to my shopping cart today, a few previously-added items in my cart were missing; I found them again and had to re-add them manually, but that process is frustrating.

Been using Daz for over a decade. I've been especially appreciating the accelerated updates these past few years. Thank you very much. Your interface is clear, and mostly well laid out. I think there could be some better consolidation on the main page, I would like more search filters, and I do find the overall installation cumbersome, but I did manage to learn how to save everything to an alternative drive. This is something that should be made more clear in the installation process: the ability to target-install the application and the directories with a clear warning that the directories are large, and should not be saved to your C: Drive. This has caused headaches over the years, but I made the effort to sort out how to get it done because I am a proponent of your software and service.

Hard to find free content and some that are rated free content, when they are in the checkout list suddenly have a price! This is confusing and borders on unethical.

I do love daz3d and all you do for the 3d community. There is so much information and opportunities available. I know you obviously favor all things daz3d, the few of us with Poser so wish we could also play with new all the new toys only designed for daz studio. Just an fyi.
