Was a fun experience with the sale. Was great and lots to choose from

Make the site more intuitive. Add categories. Expand the search menu. Other than that, the site is decent and the content is excellent.

Frustrating!. I went to my wishlist, filtered low to high, clicked on an item to add to cart, then it threw me to a checkout landing page with no option to continue shopping. So i went back to my wish list added another. Then my previous item was gone! I was ready to buy a lot and could only buy 2 items! It should have let me continue shopping and hold my items in the cart. Not remove them whats going on!

Very happy with the website. It has come a long way and has really improved by leaps and bounds. Good value for money if you are willing to wait for good sales or get the platinum members club card.

Last three orders I tried to purchase, received message that "An error occurred while processing this transaction". I have tried multiple times to no avail. Submitted a ticket and was essentially dismissed saying that I used an invalid coupon (didn't seem like it, your system applied it.)No further reply to my additional comments. I've missed three sale items that I was eager to purchase because of this. When I "purchased" a freebie. The "purchase went through no problem. My credit card on file is still active and in order. Please find out what the problem is and tell me what I can do to fix it. Or please take care of the problem at your end. I am very disappointed at missing these sale items. Looking forward to your response!

Love the products but the actual program needs a lot of work on it.

Nice models today. DAZ Studio could use more professional animation tools.

I have been a Daz customer for many years. I have never been disappointed.

Daz sales aren't stable, nor are they logical or in this mars madness sale very attractive.
And customer support, judging by the forum members, is sorely lacking. Some tickets haven't been solved in months. Besides, long-time customers like me can't even get something of many sales, as we own too much already of the DAZ assets. Which makes me not buying into 8.1 Figures, except if they are totally unique - most aren't (or extraordinaryly cheap).

20% off a gift card, thanks! Is there a way a feature could be added to the checkout process allowing gift card values to be changed in-cart?

Sluggish response coming back from PayPal. Not a huge problem, but seemed unusual.

Discounts worked the way they were supposed to. Bought some things I had been wanting, but were too expensive before.

Great store with plenty of choice even if it really lacks a user rating system to sort the best items from the rest.

I had to use the debugger in Chrome to find the option I needed to place this order. The option to purchase Daz+ kept being overwritten by other page content, making it very hard to re-subscribe!

I was in the process of buying quite a few items from your website, when suddenly most of the discounted prices were changed to full price. I had quite a job deleting all the items that I no longer wanted to buy.

Been a customer for 15+ years. I would like to see more quality items for the male figures.
