I would not recommend this travel agency and their services to my worst enemy. I think this is enough to understand what these people are and how they trap others.
Elderly people are their target and they make a fool out of them very easily.
But sometimes they get people who can confront them and are very much aware of the global travel. Now its a bad scenario that we have taken this in our hands to spread awareness about this agency and they will never forget us.

These people can be described as professional liars and sophisticated scammers. From their agents to the CEO, all are the same. They will hide important details and information from you and would only pressure you to deposit the money to they account as soon as possible. This is all they care about. These people are running another agency which I know if providing the same hajj services just with a different name to try out their luck as they have been running out of it lately for their poor service delivery. I have taken this experience as a lesson and its my obligation now to make my fellow muslim brothers and sisters aware of such low class people. Please spread your word and do not believe a single word of goodness for them, It will only be from people who don't know anything about travel or people are just cant have the gut's to speak up. Yes there will be 10 to 15% of people who might be satisfied from what they have received but majority disagrees

Zero admin staff and no one is guiding you while you are moving from Mina to Arafat, Arafat to Muzdalifa, Muzdalifa to Jamarat. Many people from our group lost, and this is not the place you wana get lost. You have no idea if you aren't on hajj before, all ramps and roads looks same but they lead you to different directions. Many people lost in 110 degree heat and they were dehydrated and gave up to die. No one from dawn group bothered to go and look for those missing people. Instead we have only one dawn rep with us who was chilling in AC and didn't responded to whatsapp messages of lost people.

I wish I could give it a zero star or a negative star. But they are lucky that I cannot.
Don't go to Hajj with dawn travel, don't do the same mistake I did, you will suffer to the point that you can't worship in peace.
Dawn Travels is not a good agency to go to Hajj with. Doesn't matter what package you choose with them. They will make you suffer that you would wish you never selected them. I do not think anyone who had performed Hajj with them once would even think about them again.
It is my obligation now to spread awareness to my fellow muslim brothers and sisters to stay away from these scammers.
They also run another agency with the same hajj packages, If I can find out one of them. Wonder how many more will be out there hidden.
These brothers running Dawn Travels have been successful in scamming people and ripping them off then making excuses.

Even If one person is saved by this review of mine I would think that I have done my job.
This agency should be reported to human rights violation services and that's how bad they will treat you. They should be stripped of their Hajj license and banned.

Fraudulent Agency. They are not even a real agency for hajj. They are a sub contractor for someone. If you go to hajj with them you will see other groups with them and notice what these people are and they way they will treat you cannot be explained in words, its just ridiculous. These people can be described as professional Liars and sophisticated scammers. From their Agents to the CEO all are same. They will hide details from you if you ask and just pressure you on depositing the money to their account. That's all they care about.
They have other agencies as well with different names. Same people running it though. And scamming people from everywhere.
They have fake profiles on facebook and google from which they use to hide bad reviews and provide their own fake reviews. I have proof!
They also do the same thing on many other review websites.
We all should complain about their agency to appropriate agencies to get them shut down or make them better.
We need to complain to Hajj ministry as well so they know and hopefully cancel their license.
It is our obligation now to spread awareness and let people know about this fraudulent travel agency.
People work hard and save penny by penny to perform this journey and these people take advantage of them and misguide them, torture them, lie to them, leave them alone, don't respond to queries.
People get lost easily for hours and they don't help at all.

I just came back from my 2019 Hajj. This was my worst experience traveling with a hajj company. Dawn Travel isn't a prime vendor company for hajjis, they are sub vendors and gets hajj visa from Al-Sahaba travels. Since they are not prime vendor they have no idea of how to plan/schedule and communicate with their Hajj group.

Below are few pointers that had happen to our Group.

1- Late Visa arrivals at 11th hour
2- Unnecessary wait at airports since they are sub vendors, ministry will not issue them a bus
3- 10 to 12 hours of hotel lobby wait as rooms were not available because of poor management.
4- For VIP package Dawn travel promised us to give us our luggage at makkah hotel but unfortunately our luggage went to a storage and our hotel check-in in makkah was a disastrous experience once again. We received our luggage after we came back from Mina.
5- For couple delight luggage were not given until they were ready to fly back home, basically hajjis carried their luggage from USA for nothing.
6- Last 2 or 3 nights they will schedule you at Jedda to save money. They promise you 7 nights at makah but will give you 5.
7- No logistic transportation were provided to us, as promised for VIP package.
8- Your text or call, they don't respond.
9- you will only get one response, Focus on Ibada everything else is side thing.

I bought VIP package, which was similar to Dar al salam but with less money and they promised similar services. Our group has 83 people and none of them was happy after hajj.

These people have lost most of hajjis luggage thru out the journey however they found it just hours before their flights back home. People used dirty clothes all along. They have zero management and no schedule given to hajjis. All plans were sudden and quick like bomb shell. There were hajjis with families and disabled people and it's not easy to just go randomly.

I would highly recommend you please you are going on a spiritual journey and you want peace of mind and not stress. Please go with another Hajj company and you will not regret. Go with Al-Eman or Adam travels or Dar al salam

Worst group ever. Even one star is more for Companies like Dawn travels. They make sure to ruin your whole Hajj. No group leaders, no scholars, no proper lectures. I travelled with Dawn travels Hajj 2019 on their silver Makkah package. At Jeddah airport, no group leader was there. Firstly they have booked Hilton for us that was good, after 4 nights they have booked an apartment building where people where continuously smoking at each and every corner. Food was worst like reallyyyyy veryyyyy bad. And during Hajj we were on our own like group leaders were more interested in performing their own Hajj, that's fine but there should be some sort of groups or arrangements for the people they brought with them. After Hajj Manasiks we were told that we are going Madinah at 7 am. Everyone was ready our luggages were outside and after 6 or 7 hours they said it might take few more hours. No food, no group leader no one to ask what's going on. At around 4 or 5 pm finally the CEO of Dawn travels came for the first time and apologize, not for the inconvenience but he thought we were some low class people but after talking with us, he said oh sorry we didn't knew this group has all the professionals and well educated people, like reallyyyyy. What kind of stupid statement was that. After all endless discussions and endless wait our bus arrived at 8 pm. Yes 8 pm, but still having passport issues of 5-6 people. So they left them :( :( :( and take us to Madinah Dallah taiba. ( they saved that night stay :). The game is not over yet they just booked the rooms till 18th and most of the people have flights from jeddah on 19th and 20th. Like for 32 hoursssss on roadddd. I understand like we need to be at the airport 12-16 hours before but like 36 hours on road. Isn't it funny and like every single time the management is not there. No answers, no calls and no messages. What say people do you still want to go with DAWN. Please save yourself and your near ones from this fraud company. Say No to Dawn

Dawn travels is a poorly run organization. Their staff do not speak the truth and do everything last minute. For example, they kept our passports for 6 weeks and returned it to us 3 days before our flight (other hajj groups with other companies submit their passports for only 2 weeks). We signed up for a package with return date of August 15. Two weeks before departure they inform us they cannot bring us home until August 19 which was incredibly disruptive to working and school going individuals; we had signed up for this package specifically for the dates.

However the worst part was their lies and poorly run hajj during the actual trip. Their tents were dirty, air conditioning barely worked, women's bathrooms never cleaned, and cold water often times had to be obtained from other tents. The buses were government run buses and were always several hours late. We waited at Arafat for 4 hours for our bus; we arrived at Muzdalifah at 1 AM! This is just one example of the many to reflect their mishandling. In the name of hajj, we kept quiet and seethed in filth, with hunger, and in heat. Our departing experience with Dawn Travels was emblematic of their disrespect towards hajjis. We had to spend hours picking up our passport in a remote location in Makkah with individuals who didn't speak English (or cared to find our passports for us) and Dawn refused to pay our taxi fare to Jeddah which was part of the package. Finally dawn relented and paid after the taxi drivers threatened to take us back to the hotel just mere hours before our flight.

Your hajj is a once in a lifetime experience! Regardless it will be challenging, but you don't want it to be challenging because your hajj leaders/management are not to be trusted, are not reliable, and are not organized. STAY AWAY from Dawn travels!

Dawn Travels agents know little about travels and care less about you after they get your money. I happened to use their service and suffered a neglect that caused me physical, psychological and financial pain.

I got to Jedda with my family, only to learn that there was no arrangement to pick us up and take us to Mecca. I called the office in New York (long distance) and they never bothered to call me back. When I returned to the US, I called again to report the issue, but got nothing but false promises. Dawn Travels = RUN!

Dawn Travels provided our Umrah package as one of the best experience we have had. Special thanks to Imtiaz, Wakas in the US and Javair in Saudi as our tour guide. We started on the 1st of May until the 8th and everything was very professional and courteous to meet your needs.
Very timely and communications is very efficient which is a very important factor when one is abroad. You want to use Javair as your tour guide in Saudi as he is very efficient and knowledgeable with where to go and what to do and sincere with his guidance not just as a job.
Overall, We like to sincerely thank Dawn Travel and Tours making our Umrah trip a very pleasant and unforgettable.
