I wanted to close my account and the Live Support is not responding. There is no instant way for you to close your account in their website.

I decided to rename my profile as "CLOSED" and I deleted my pictures and I wrote in my profile "I just WANT TO CLOSE my account here and it seems the Live Support is USELESS" and I can't believe it there are still tons of guys messages talking life they haven't read my profile. Who the hell would send a message when a profile has no picture or details? Even though I deleted every information in my profile there is even a message that says "How can you cheer me up, sweetie?"

Whattttttttttt? Obviously tons of messages here are auto generated. There was even a message saying "Hey Handsome!" This site is just a total WASTE of TIME. Trust me!

It says you can communicate one of their representative in facebook and yet they disabled the message area (see screenshots below)

Why are there profiles with different names and age but same faces on uploaded pictures. 1 from USA and 1 Slovakia. Rip off! All messages from this guy is via email so you need to buy credits that are sooo expensive! 2 emails cost 16 USD dollars. If i didnt see the other profile I would have been fooled longer. Don't play with people!

Wow, that was an experience... You know when you have joined a few dating sites and it takes weeks to get anyone to even look at you? Not here, within 3 minutes you will receive a message from some 'horny' girl, every 3 minutes or less another girl will message you, each one has picture perfect profiles. Then the emails start to arrive, same story, some distant pretty girl with perfect pictures has taken the time to write to you (at apparently cost to her), but you guessed it, if you want to answer the 'bot' it will cost you. Within 1 hour I had over 40 messages, they were all auto generated by their 'bot', there is no opt out, no delete my profile, the only escape is to report spam and hope google sort it for you.

I open an account at Dating.com. Make a nice profile about me. Then I went in got in touch with the girls. All beautiful girls. Well, be careful, if you really want a serious relationship this is not your platform, here is all about credits, every time you are asked to buy more, and of course in the meantime nothings develops with the girl. Then I found that actually some of the profiles have even the same pictures in the background, how creative. Anyway they are all very nice girls especially the ones from Colombia, but is all about chat and looking, but I think not even one of them really look at my profile, anyway good luck and watch out for your money.

It was the first time in my life to get online on a dating network, and although it I am quite experienced in using the Internet and Internet security, I didn't check the site properly and the interface seems quite sophisticates, somehow implies correctness. I registered to find out that in order to be able to send or read messages or emails you have to pay credits which cost 80 cents for 20 credits, and 1 minute life chat is 1 credit, one offline email is also 1 credit! This was the first shock, just unreasonably expensive! Fine I said, I pay it and there is something which you get later, it is impossible that you have to pay this much. Then I got a contact by a very attractive gentleman with great photos, but, as I am a linguist by profession, the langue he used didn't quite match his profile. I spoke to him in his language, serbian, which is not my mother tongue, but I perfectly understand and speak, then i asked him if he had ever visited my country and city, he said no but if he had a reason he would. Then i gave my skype and mail and asked him to contact me if he ever decides to come, I'll take him in a restaurant which is truly nice (related to the previous conversion). The profile is FILIP Belgrade. And all of a sudden the conversant became upset and said, o you can find mine number in a public directory, to which I commented the it is impossible that a gentleman who is a plastic surgeon reacts in this uneducated way! I sent him a message that he must be fake, after which he disappears. Another person is Predrag from Podgorica, to whom I did the same, in his language, saying if you really are this person on this site full of fakes please give me your skype or whatever contact and his reply was: "why don't you say it simple, you don't have money" to which I replied, I have but I won't give it to you. Otherwise, the fist 2-3 messages you get for free, so you can text in the beginning and they get you hooked. SCAMMERS!

After seven weeks, numerous phone calls and somewhere between 20 and 30 emails to support and despite promises that it will be available in the next couple of days, after following all the protocol on the site of dating.com, to request the contact details of two women nothing has happened.
In the meantime the women keep sending emails and sometimes you feel obligated to read them all reply at extortionate cost, probably the most expensive dating site in the world.
These people don't even have the decency to reply to emails anymore, and what's more to resolve an undertaking that they make in their fine print that contact details can be got or given to the women.
Don't pay the money

Fellows, we specialize in traking fake and scam websites... THIS ONE IS A BIG SCAM! Stay way from this site. I wasted $ 100+ USD just with 2 chats in 10 minutes by looking at their pictures and videos they sent me thru the chat... as someone here said, I have tried many times to ask them to continue the chat via skype and Whatsapp and email and eventhough I was getting invited to fly to their countries to meet they would not once reply to the simple offer of meeting on another system that is not legally steeling our money. Its sad that these companies can get away with this and even have the balls to answer each reviews here always with a good excuse and answer... Guys, if it looks like it is too good to be true IT IS! All those profiles were paid models photographed by proffessionels and Photoshop for their profiles... the hot women you think you're chating with is in fact someone in Nigeria or Columbia ( most likely a dude) and yes that person is getting paid for every dollars you are spending... Don't you find that weird that 99% of profiles are in their 20s and many don't look their ages and that their is hardly any huggly women? Have you seen any other sites that are ligit that don't have overweight and huggly women profiles! Use your head and go take a walk before you burn your money with this scam site... we will make it our priority to make as much publicity to expose this website and will not stop here... please join us in this fight and spred the word everywhere you can to help guys who fall for these scams. There are several women who have also profil on Anastasia dating site, and i know several of those get 50% of all money they get from chat. Been in Ukraina 10-15 times and met 2 translators who work for datingsite. And they told there are lots of girls who get money when they are chatting. And i also know, several of those girls are married or have boyfriends. So waste of time and money to use this site. And i have had my privat mail adress and my cellphone number on my profil in 3 weeks. No one have taken contact with me... hehe. Wonder why. So many fake women in there. They dont even waste time to read our profils. Auro generated chat..

The site employs without question very attractive women from all parts of the world. Messages from the models appear to be pre-written and auto generated, designed to suck you in. Moreover, some of the ladies have admitted to not sending the auto generated messaging which is concerning. But many of these date sites that hire professional models are designed to accomplish one thing, take your money and put you in a very poor position to actually hook up or meet with any of the female models. Bottom line - PLEASE stay away from this site, the direction to contact their customer service department is somewhat disingenuine and borders along the lines of deceit.
