I had a terrible experience with this store. My order arrived late, the product quality was far below expectations, and when I tried to return the items, I had to pay the return shipping cost myself, even though their website clearly states "free returns within 30 days." I sent multiple emails, included proof of payment, and insisted several times, but they refused to reimburse the return shipping, completely ignoring their own policy. Customer service was cold, robotic, and unhelpful. I feel scammed. I would never recommend this store to anyone. They don't honor their own terms and take no responsibility. Avoid at all costs.
