I've used Daraz to shop a lot bcoz of lack of choices in Nepal. Variety of products but Support is poor. Payment fails when amount exceed certain amount and they cannot solve my issue. I have to send money to my family and use cash on delivery payment option.

I order 55 inch samsung tv on online the price was ******* but they guyz trying to charge me *******
Am from out of the country and i told my dad to call them and ask them why the price are different so my dad call one of your $#*!ing staff ask him/her why the price are different and my dad told me they talk so rude that i don't know who is that mother$#*!er. That mother$#*!er told my dad price is not gonna change if you wanna buy a tv you can if you don't wana buy your wish and hangup the phone

Very upset never gonna shopping from this $#*!ing websites and am gonna told my relatives never use this daraz apps

Waste your money and time It's garbage Late delivery online payment system is very frail they don't have a good communication they even don't know my phone number

I have talked about it's great user interface and other features. Talking about its cons the delivery might take some unexpected and more time. And also some big sale events like 11-11 etc are basically a business strategy.The discounts are not real in those events. For example: increase the price by 40% and then give 20% discount and fool the costumers. This events wad widely criticized in social medias too.
