The carpet cleaner was easy to setup, but I couldn't get the hot water to work, so I called Daimer. A technician emailed me the exact steps to use to get my carpets clean. It turns out I was spraying the water too much. Great service!

Easy buying experience. Very satisfied with our purchase and the unit.

My only complaint is that for some reason there were demonstrations that we could hear the audio but not see the video.

My husband is using it right now. The grout in our floor tiles looks much better in all the bathrooms.

The promotion was just that I was told I would get extra tips for each unit
Now I find my self using tips that are worn out
I can't seem to get the anywhere so I'm stuck waiting

Very hard to find nylon brushes on the website. No obvious place to find them. Had to search.:-(

Just buying microfiber towels for an old steam cleaner I still use around the house. I hope these are heavier duty than ones I can get in stores. Your website navigation is great!

Now that the towels have arrived I can say that I am very disappointed. They have a Kirkland label which is the Costco brand. They are standard run-of-the-mill towels that I could buy anywhere for half the price.

For some reason the site said I had ordered 3 machines instead of the one I ordered. When I went back to change the information, it would not correct, so I back tracked and then went to another computer.
Other than that it was a good experience.

The steamer took time to build up steam to do what I purchased it for, cleaning grout on my tile floors. I would had liked it to work faster but I would had to purchase a larger unit. This worked fine. Just don.t rush the job.

Very easy to shop. My Kleenjet Pro Plus 300CS has been a real workhorse. It cleaned the grout of our house a couple of times and just took years of grunge off of the linoleum floors of a mobile home we just bought. Great machine!

The service was great. I called customer service and my call was returned promptly. The delivery was much quicker than I expected.

The delivery and ordering was good when I got the $2000 equipment home used it twice the head of the hose broke off. Had to crazy glue it back on. Not very strong for such an expensive machine.
