I purchased a sofa from Daals for $1,300 USD that arrived in visibly damaged packaging and was defective from the moment it was delivered. I reported the issue on February 11, the same day it arrived, and immediately began engaging with their support team in good faith.
Over several months, I provided extensive documentation including photos of the damaged packaging, detailed written explanations, diagrams identifying the issue, and multiple videos attempting to demonstrate the defect. The issue is internal and only felt during use, which I made clear from the beginning and which is not reliably visible on camera.
Despite this, Daals repeatedly refused to accept the return or issue a refund, instead demanding additional "visual proof" of a defect that cannot reasonably be captured. Each time I complied, further requests were made rather than moving toward resolution.
As a US customer, support is limited to email only and operates outside US hours, with no access to a direct decision-maker. After months of repeated communication and cooperation, I am still left without a refund, a return, or a resolution.
In my experience, the process appears structured in a way that creates barriers to legitimate defective product claims rather than honoring published return obligations. I would strongly caution others before purchasing.
