To Tasmania. The maximum time between these two states is 3-5 days. When I emailed the cycllingdeal they said it says it's in transit. It has said this for over 10 days (in transit) and now 14 days later it still says in transit on tracking site. I wish I had just bought it from a local store as who knows if it will even turn up.

If I could put no stars I would, purchased a product only for it not to be available after. False advertising, wasted my time and took 4 days to find out my items were not coming when I had paid express postage and the items should have almost already arrived.

No notifications on processing on the order, shipping etc. order took a while to come, but I did get a reply after I enquired about it. I'm mostly unhappy because the shoes don't fit, even though I've order the correct size, so really it's more an issue with the shimano shoes… although I'll still have to pay for return postage no doubt

The only hassle was the tracking for delivery, the tracking never updated for six days and I was left wondering whether my parcel had gone missing. The order took eleven days from purchase to delivery to go from Victoria to New South Wales. So delivery was longer than I anticipated.
